A man has spent $50,000 on treatments and cosmetic surgery to make himself appear like a “genderless alien”; he’s thinking about going one step further and shaving off his genitalia.
Makeup artist Vinny Ohh, 22, of Los Angeles, spent a lot on over 110 operations to become a “genderless alien.” Ohh claimed he doesn’t think of himself as male or female and lacks a gender. He explained that the procedures are his means of projecting his inner self into the outside world.
He told the Daily Mail, “I want to be a sexless alien being, I want my outside to reflect how I feel on the inside.”
“An extraterrestrial is the general idea I want to create.I’d rather be a hybrid than a man or a woman. Since I was 17, I’ve wanted to be genderless and sexless. I’ve tried visiting doctors to find out if this is possible, but I’ve had no luck. I want no one to think that I’m attempting to transform into a lady. I don’t need a penis or a vagina because I could survive without them.”
He stated that in order to achieve his objective, he is working to remove his genitalia.
“I don’t see why I shouldn’t have my genitals completely removed and have nothing down there,” he replied.
“So far, I’ve spent $50,000 on skincare products and surgeries, such as two rhinoplasties and fillers in my cheekbones, lips, and forehead to give me an extraterrestrial appearance. I have a large head and no eyebrows, making me resemble a Martian, and I’ve been feeling a connection to it. It’s becoming my catchphrase to describe myself to anyone who ask how I would describe myself as a “extraterrestrial, hot mess, self-obsessed.”
Ohh, an LGBT activist, stated that he believes labels related to gender identity and sexual orientation should be rejected by individuals.
I’ve come to understand over the years that I just want to be myself; I’m not homosexual, bi, transgender, or any of these things. I do it to inspire the world in a particular way; I want people to cease categorizing and boxing others in,” he declared.
Ohh said he always stands out in public, in part due to his distinctive sense of fashion.
“My large black contact lenses are a necessity, it’s like my pearl necklaces, I wear them to walk around everywhere I can,” stated the man. “Some people describe the way they make my eyes look demonic, but I think it looks beautiful, like an animal.” Additionally, I play around a lot with color—there’s not a hue I wouldn’t explore with—and my makeup looks sexless.”
The makeup artist acknowledges that while some people like his appearance, others aren’t as fond of it.

“I’m used to not fitting in; on other occasions, men and women have looked at me like a sexual object or thrown shopping carts at me. It feels quite normal to me because I wore full body suits and 8-inch platforms outside during the day even when I was 16 years old.”
A number of readers responded adversely to Ohh’s decisions; some even demanded that the physician responsible for the surgeries have his license revoked.
“Any (so called) cosmetic or plastic surgeon who is prepared to carry this out should be banned from the profession,” a reader of the Mirror said.
