But still you must take precaution. My suggestion will be to get him vaccinated first for rabies,it will cost around 300.
Then prepare yourself for the battle.DOGS DONT LIKE WATER.Keep this in mind.You will struggle a bit.Take some warm water,not so hot.,den slowly pour water over him.Dont pour water over his face .First start from his back.Let him understand that its not harmful.He will try to break free.Calm him down by patting….Once it is done give him a treat.
Next take a bath yourself.Change your clothes and wash them.
If you are in frequent contact with stray dogs vaccinate yourelf first and whenever you touch them,maintain hygiene.
